The founder of the LeaseOwn Marv Rousselow is a full time investor and licensed real estate and mortgage broker in California & Arizona. Over the last few years of watching the real estate market decline and the economy fall into a recession he has watched as more and more homeowners got into trouble, forced to short sale their homes for less than they owed and ruining their credit, banks got judgments, garnishing wages and the IRS requiring sellers to pay taxes on the loss.
Marv also watched as many other homeowners were affected by the market, losing jobs and/or having home loans that caused their payments to rise above affordability inevitably forcing them into foreclosure and bankruptcy. There are so many others who are no longer able to qualify for traditional bank financing; due to all of the changes in the bank loan requirements.
Marv decided to help those clients who were struggling who needed to sell their homes and those who did not qualify for a traditional home loan but had a good past payment history by putting them together to help one another, one who needed to sell and the other who deserved a second chance or those who wanted the American dream and pride of home ownership.
